All positions require some driving to different client locations. We always try to place staff close to the area they reside in to keep driving to a minimum. A valid driver's license, current insurance and reliable means of transportation are necessary.
You will also be asked to have a background check and TB test as required by the state Department of Education.

We are always seeking talented, articulate, and passionate individuals who are committed to making a positive change in the lives of children and their families. To qualify as a supervisor, you must have at least 3 years experience implementing and at least 2 years supervising intensive in-home programs and have experience consulting to and training school district staff. The applicant MUST have either a Masters or Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Special Education to be considered for the position. BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply. - Discrete trial training (DTT)
- Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)

We are always seeking 1:1 behavior therapists for both full and part time positions along the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula as well as the other regions we are currently serving.
Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and a background in psychology or special education is preferred; however, an initial training in CLASS' methodologies and standards is provided and will to occur on a regular basis. Ongoing supervision and occasional company-wide trainings will continue to enhance the skill set of CLASS employees. Supervision occurs on a weekly basis. A Bachelors degree is required. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, punctual, energetic, and a team player.
